BaggageEase is committed to complying with Law No. 18-07 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data.
1. Legal Basis
Processing is based on:
- user consent
- execution of the reservation contract
- legal obligations (security, control)
2. Supervisory Authority
The competent authority is:
ANPDP – National Authority for the Protection of Personal Data
We are committed to cooperating with the ANPDP in the event of an audit.
3. Security Measures
- Restricted data access
- Secure servers located in Algeria or authorized zones
- Backup protocols
4. Data Breaches
In case of a serious breach:
- users will be informed within 72 hours
- the ANPDP will be notified according to the law
5. Subcontracting
Any service provider (delivery, storage, payment) must sign a confidentiality agreement.
