BaggageEase

1. Purpose of the Service

BaggageEase is a web platform allowing the reservation of storage, left luggage, pickup, delivery, and transport services from approved partners.

Use of the platform implies full acceptance of these terms.

2. Access to the Service

Access is open to users:

  • aged over 18 years,
  • with a valid account,
  • accepting these terms.

BaggageEase may suspend an account in case of fraudulent or non-compliant use.

3. Reservations

Each reservation specifies:

  • the partner location
  • the date and time,
  • the number of bags,
  • optional services (pickup, delivery, insurance).

The user is responsible for the accuracy of the information entered.

4. Partner Responsibility

Partners (shopping centers, hotels, stations, agencies, etc.) are responsible for:

  • proper storage management
  • the integrity of the bags,
  • compliance with safety standards.

BaggageEase is not responsible for damages caused by partners, except in case of proven fault of the platform.

5. Prohibited Items

It is strictly forbidden to deposit:

  • weapons, explosives, dangerous materials,
  • cash, jewelry, high-value items,
  • perishable products or those illegal under Algerian law.

A check may be carried out by the partner.

6. Cancellations

Cancellation conditions are indicated in each reservation.

Any applicable fees are the responsibility of the user.

7. Limitation of Liability

BaggageEase cannot be held responsible for:

  • losses, theft or damage caused by a partner,
  • delays related to external events (breakdowns, traffic, force majeure),
  • errors related to information provided by the user.

8. User Account

The user must protect their password.

Any activity carried out through their account is deemed to have been carried out by them.

9. Service Modification

BaggageEase may modify, suspend or improve functionalities.

10. Applicable Law

These terms are governed by Algerian law, in particular:

  • Law 18-07 on the protection of personal data,
  • laws relating to electronic commerce and public security
